Our policy includes a 15 -day deadline for return. If 15 days have passed since the date of receipt of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or change.

In order for it to be suitable for the return, the article must be intact and in the same conditions in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Further articles for which the return is excluded:
* Gift Vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some articles for health and personal care

For the purposes of the return, we request a receipt or a purchase test.
Please don't return your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial reimbursements (if applicable) are granted:
* Any article that is not found in its original state, either damaged or with missing parts for reasons foreign to our error.
* Any article returned more than 15 days after delivery
Reimbursement
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to communicate the reception of the article. We will also communicate the approval or refusal of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit on your card or original payment method will be automatically applied, within a certain number of days.

Late reimbursements or unavailable
If you have not yet received a refund, first of all check your bank account.
Then contact the credit card issuing company; It may take some time before the refund is formally recorded.
So contact your bank. There are often processing times for recording a refund.

You change
We replace the articles only if defective or damaged.  If you need a gearbox with the same article, send us an email to info@otictiPRIANI.it and ship the article to the following address: Piazza Cavour, 6 70038 Terlizzi Ba Italia.

Gifts
If at the time of purchase the item has been marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the article subject of return, the gift voucher will be sent by post.

If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if whoever made the gift has sent the order to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to those who have made the gift and these will be aware of the your return.
Shipping

The shipping costs for the return of the article will be at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs of the return will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country where you live, the time necessary for the delivery of the product to replace it can vary.

If you have to send an item worth over 75 €, consider using a traceable shipping service or to ensure shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article subject to return.
