Ottica Cipriani offers a minimum guarantee lasting TWO YEARS starting from the date of supply as required by law. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. It does not cover any breakages due to misuse or poor maintenance by the consumer.
Our policy provides a 15 day deadline for returns. If 15 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.

Where can I find the IBAN ?
The IBAN will be sent via automatic email at the conclusion of the order, after selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method. You will also find it in preview at the end of the order in the Payment Options section, selecting "Bank Transfer".
Is it possible to return?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.

Ottica Cipriani offers free shipping throughout Italy and 5 euros for Europe. For other destinations it will be calculated at check-out.
